Helen West is a lifelong Catholic who experienced a re-conversion to the faith in 2018 and soon after began sharing her journey with Christ on her Instagram page, @eastcoastcatholic. A native of North Carolina, Helen currently lives in Maryland as she attends and runs track and field at the United States Naval Academy, majoring in Oceanography and training to be an officer in the US Navy or Marine Corps upon graduation.
