I'm a hemorrhagic stroke survivor who should have died at the old age of seven weeks. That's not even two months old! There was a strong belief that IF I survived brain surgery I wouldn't walk or talk, see or hear; I would be alive but just in a vegetative state. Thanks to some amazing surgeons and my family, I managed to beat that prediction. With a normal high school diploma and working on my second semester at the University of South Florida (in 10 days), I live a relatively normal life; walking, talking, seeing and hearing.
