Husband and Wife Get Fit
We’ve started this blog to track our fitness goals together as husband and wife! One of our goals for the New Year is to be more active and eat healthy. We’ve gone through periods of being “good” and then it slowly fads and we’ve stopped working out for months and we’re ordering take out every night. Our 2011 goal was the same, and well, it didn’t work out so great. This year we had the idea of starting this blog so that we could share our workouts and meal and help us keep track of our progress. We hope this will bring us motivation and at the same time motivate others!
