是焦風椰雨的馬來西亞孕育著生命，

是跨越南中國海的到臺灣大學生涯，

站在彼岸眺望午夜夢迴的故土中國。

國籍上是土生土長的馬來西亞人；

情感上是不折不扣的中華人。

海峽兩岸將情感一分為二，

一半給中國、一半給臺灣，

還有本來的一塊給馬來西亞，

成三分天下之姿，

情感在心中撕裂成三塊。

The tropical forest of hometown Malaysia breed my life,

Across the South China Sea to Taiwan start the university life,

Standing on side of the strait overlooking the dreaming homeland China.

In my mind, I’m definitely a chinese,

But the strait split my chinese thought and emotional into two,

Half to the China, and the half to Taiwan,

There have been the original one to my nation－ Malaysia,
