Ink Pastries

I am a mom, poet, massage therapist, barefoot runner and food experimenter (cook or home-maker is just too hopeful to describe what I do in the kitchen). I am one of the few poets on earth who has had the privilege of being published daily in a local newspaper as I was in the years 2007 and 2008 in The Colorado Daily in Boulder, Colorado. I have a master's in journalism from University in Colorado, but please don't hold it against me. I do make grammatical errors now and then! Your comments are welcome, but realize that any opinion I have can change from one day to the next, but some beliefs I have are rock solid (until they aren't, ha ha) and you won't be able to change my mind about those. Now: recite the prayer about having the courage to know what you can and cannot change, and enjoy whatever you read here for what it is: food for thought and merely ink pastries on a plate.
