Originally from the midwest, my wife and I are living with her grandmother on the old family farmhouse in rural northwest Illinois. Not too far from the gentle rolling hills of Wisconsin and the Mississippi River palisades. It doesn’t get much more beautiful than this. We’re enjoying life but also facing getting older, trying to make a living, and wanting to fit in all of our dreams.
