Jane Risdon

I have always written, whether it was short stories ever since I was very young, or creating Biographies and Press Releases for my Artists and other affiliated activities. I have written articles about the Music Business published in various Music magazines.

Four years ago I decided to write as a career and I've been working on a Crime Novel series (Ms. Birdsong Investigates) which is still in progress.

I've co-written a novel with award winning author Christina Jones - Only One Woman - which is to be published late 2016/early 2017 by Accent Press.
I've had short stories published in several anthologies:

Madame Movara's Tales of Terror features my story Haunting Melody and is due to be published in Oct. 2016 in aid of Save The Children.

Ghostly Writes anthology - Plaisted Publishing - is due for publication October 2016 including my story The Beneficiaries of Secret Cottage.

A Stab in the Dark: Con's, Dames and G Men is due for publication in November 2016 and includes my short story, Cue Murder.

Shiver (Accent Press) features my story Merry Christmas Everybody

Wishing on a Star (Accent Press) features my story The Haunting of Anne Chambers

As well as writing Short Stories I write Flash Fiction and this can be found on Morgen Bailey's Writing Blog - most have been Pod-cast.

Some of my stories have been recorded by Voice Over Actor Elijah Lucien and you'll find them on YouTube.

I've had several stories published in On-line magazines and I have been Guest Blogger/Author on several other author blogs and interviewed by several - links are on my blog.
