I had become frustrated with where my life was going and I knew something needed to change.  I started researching human motivation and characteristics of successful people and as I started to implement what I was learning, my world started to rapidly change.  When I was 24 I defined my "By 30 Vision" and shortly after I turned 29 I accepted a position as a Business Coach with E-Myth Benchmark.  This lead me to starting my own Coaching and Leadership Assessment Business.  Today I work with an HR organization who works with over 300 small to medium sized businesses.

After serving two years as VP of Professional Development with the Young Professional Connection in Des Moines, Iowa I recognized a need for leadership development for young adults in their 20's.
