Jeff is a NCCP Level A cycling coach, CanFitPro certified Personal Trainer Specialist, Masters Road Racer, and associate coach with coachchris.ca. He offers cycling coaching, and testing services, personal training, and general fitness advice out of his home in Brantford, Ontario. Jeff has been working in the cycling/fitness industry for over a dozen years. He has many years of experience in almost every discipline of cycling, from BMX, Downhill, x-country and road racing.
