NOTE:I'm a stay at home mom who is looking forward to earning a living by writing. The following quote by Stephen King has stuck with me for some time: “If you want to be a writer, you must do two things above all others: read a lot and write a lot.” So, I write.  My professional background: I have a BS in environmental science with an emphasis in aquatic ecology. I've worked as a soil toxicologist, and analytical chemist. When I realized I was working my life away for the benefit of a corporation, I decided to attend massage therapy school. I'm a medical massage therapist who has worked in day spas, chiropractic, and acupuncture settings. For almost 7 years I taught anatomy and physiology, technique, professional development, ethics, and business skills for a massage therapy program.  Now, I'm a stay-at-home mom who writes during the early morning and nap-time.
