My family and I recently (within the past year) moved to Grand Rapids, MI from Flagstaff, AZ. Our family consists of myself, my husband J and our two boys... S and E, and also our dog Shelby. (As you can see I am only using letters for names to maintain some anonymity for my family members, the dog however doesn't mind fame.) Our move has taken us away from family and familiarity, which seems redundant when you look at the root word, -anyways- and we are attempting to take one day, one week and occasionally one month at a time to acquaint ourselves with our new surroundings… which includes local foods. ;-)
