I am a 26 year old girl living in Albany New York with a genuine love for a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy good, tasty, and most importantly healthy food. I also love exercising. Health food stores, the fresh market, and organic fruits and vegetables are my weakness. I love my juicer - cheers to drinking fruits and veggies! I cook most of the time, and sometimes don't know how I make it happen in our teeny tiny kitchen. I love finding ways to incorporate healthy ingredients into every day recipes and over the years have transformed my own diet and cooking style, which I decided to friends and family :)
