I am a PhD student in Technical Communications. I am a single mother of four sons, all of whom are in school with me. I play the piano, and music has become both a refuge and a comfort. It is what makes me feel free and creative when I get bogged down by other aspects of my life. I need it in the same way I need oxygen.
