I am a stunt coordinator, fight choreographer, martial artist, stand up comedian, actor, writer, film critic, and video game designer.
As a Stunt Coordinator and Stunt Professional, I have worked with Jet Li, Tsui Hark, Yuen Cheung Yen, Roger Corman, Steven Spielberg, and David Carradine to name a few.
I have written for Backstage West, Inside Kung Fu, Kung Fu/Tai Chi, World of Martial Arts, Impact (UK), and was the project supervisor, coordinating editor, and sole writer of the 25 Anniversary Bruce Lee Tribute Issue (published by TC Media). I am the author of the textbook FIGHT CHOREOGRAPHY: THE ART OF NON-VERBAL DIALOGUE and currently writing my second book THE FIGHT CHOREOGRAPHER'S HANDBOOK tentatively scheduled for a late Winter 2012 release.
I was a professonal Stand Up Comedian for 14 years and was a regular at The Comedy Store (for over 10 years), have 3 national TV appearances, and was LA Weekly's Comedy Pick of the Week.
As a Videogame Designer/Producer, some of the companies I have worked for include TH-Q, SNK of Japan, Sony Pictures, and Mattel.
This blog will have reviews, updates on my upcoming book, thoughts on the art of fight choreography, film reviews, and other fun pop culture stuff that I feel I want to explore.
