NOTE:I am an optimistic, self-motivated individual.  I am addicted to the sport of marathons and triathlons.  I feel clean and healthy living the lifestyle I do.  Speaking of clean, about 2 years ago, I was introduced to a world I didn't know existed, the holistic world.  By mother, who was battling stage 4 breast cancer at the time, discovered natural, holistic remedies, doctors, and treatments.  Unfortunately,  she discovered this too late, I have spent numerous hours reading her books and researching holistic medicine.  I have seen holistic doctors and try to incorporate more holistic living into my life day after day. I want others to know you can live a life devoid of expensive medications, BPA leaching plastic, and there are things you can do to rid the toxins of this world. I dedicate this blog, which I like to call, "living clean", to my wonderful, strong, mother, Carolyn.
