I love tools - and home improvement. My dad started me out with a hammer at 5 years old which I proceeded to test out on my sister's head. She still turned out smarter than me. Now I call my dad and brother (American Builders) on a regular basis for advice. I buy houses (see www.BoulderAreaRealty.com) fix them up, then when they are done I get bored so I rent them out and buy another house. It drives my husband crazy - I think we've moved for the last time but that won't stop me from buying another rental-fixer-upper sometime in the future.
