Kat Pao

My name is Kat, I live in Hollywood, FL with my amazing boyfriend Mark, our adorable daughter Francesca, our crazy cat Bela Lugosi and the sweetest dog ever, Bruce Campbell.
I originally started to blog in January of 2011 to help me shed the last 40 lbs that I wanted to lose to be at my goal weight after weight loss surgery and get in shape, however, in these last two years my life has changed so much that this blog has had to grow with me. This blog is basically snippets of my life which is by no means perfect and I do it because I love to write and hope that someone out there can read this and relate.
