My name is Katie.
I am 21 years old foodie/fitness kind of girl, interested in sports of all kinds, animals (horses especially and dogs), music (I play violin),and baking/cooking. I am second oldest of five kids. When I was 15, I had anorexia for two months. Thanks to that, I am permanently allergic to dairy. I am a vegan (not completely "wacked out", I will have a little bit of milk chocolate, un-vegan frosting, or honey if I have too). I am recovered from anorexia now, and my love of being fit and wanting to do outdoorsy things keeps me balanced.
I'm a GIGANTIC fan of NASCAR Chevrolete driver Jimmie Johnson (drives the Lowes/Kobalt Tools #48 Chevrolete car). I'm a big NASCAR nut, and he's my driver! GO JIMMIE!!! Also love the Seattle Mariners and New York Yankees (Derek Jeter favorite Yankee),Calgary Flames and LA Kings (hockey), and Seattle Seahawks(football). Might I also mention I am TOTALLY in-love with "The Amazing Spider-Man"? Yeah, I've got Spidey fever (Andrew Garfield is sooooo hot!!!).
I love to listen to country music, and like jamming to other tunes. Mumford and Sons as well as Daughtry are two of my favorite bands besides my fave country star singers (I'm talking about you Taylor Swift and Brad Paisley!!!). I make music videos for YouTube in my spare time when not doing school or not on the go doing something else, and I like to watch movies with my best friends and/or family. I also have a love for collecting Littlest Pet Shop toys! I'm also quite good at writing poetry and music; it's been a talent of mine since I was very small.
I hope to one day be a large animal veterinarian or a dietician/nutritionist, maybe even play my violin on the side. However, recently my love of writing and signing music has become so strong in me, I'm dreaming of being an actress/singer, but am a little intimidated by the big stars out there.
