Now my passion is traveling and finding food and wine everywhere I go. I get so excited about great places and want to tell the world about what I’ve learnt. I figure if I document it in a blog then whoever is interested can also appreciate my adventures. I also will incorporate fitness into my blogging because you really can have your cake and eat it too. I’ve been active my whole life dancing for 19 years and participating in various sports over the years. When I travel, I am still active and usually without a gym.
