Chris Bradshaw

Chris Bradshaw is a retired municipal public-participation specialist who has led the North American walking advocacy movement, the Green Party of Canada (2001-2003), and co-led the introduction of car-sharing to Ottawa, Canada, his home for 41 years. He reads and walks a lot. He hasn't owned a car for 15 years, but has filled his garage with lots of human-powered mobility aids: a hand-made cargo recumbent tricycle, several folding bikes (a black Brompton is the newest), a tandem for trips with wife and to lug things from garage sales, and several bike-pedestrian trailers.
