About me

Howdy and welcome, the name’s BONGANI MSOMI. I am currently working for the National Education Health and Allied Workers’ Union (NEHAWU) as a Regional Organiser. I am a tireless seeker of knowledge, occasional purveyor of wisdom and also, coincidentally, a Labour Law Practitioner. Those who knows me calls me Labour Law Counsel, and I don’t correct them.

In my spare time I like to help people solve their problems, be it labour related matters to natural way of living. I fancy myself as a writer, and a labour law guru, at least I try. I have 15 years experience in dealing with worker issues either as a shopsteward or as a manager.

This blog has been created as an information hub to help Human Resources Officers/Mangers, Line Managers, Directors, shopstewards, etc, in Labour law related issues at the work place. I hope the blog will be a source of valuable information and were like minded people will share work place experiences and labour related matters. Have fun!
