It has always been my policy to keep my door open for my kids. Not my fault it has turned into a revolving door. I have always told them that, should they ever need it, there was a place here for them. I meant it as a last-ditch “my apartment was taken out in the tornado/bomb blast/hurricane” sort of situation, not as a guaranteed lease agreement. My lawyer is studying any potential loopholes I might have as I write this.
