I am a 31-year-old health and fitness enthusiast. I love finding new, healthy and natural ways to stay fit. I work out 5-6 times per week and keep myself on a very healthy diet that I have created for myself through lots of research (and trial and error). I decided to create this blog because diet and exercise are a passion of mine, and I love helping others get healthy. I know that these days people are very busy, and on a budget, and so am I, but I have never let that get in the way of being healthy.
