I am a self-confessed food addict! I love cooking and eating even more. I am even turning food, and my interest in health, into my career by returning to university this September to study Dietetics. I wanted to start a blog as a place to post interesting news and topics relating to food and nutrition but also somewhere where I can share the healthy recipes I have developed! Oh and the title? Well, I love beans (not the ones that come covered in tomato sauce!) so expect to see lots of bean-related recipes! And I am pretty hyperactive so really....full of beanz! Lou x
