AJ Williams
AJ Williams is an writer, actress, poet and freelance columnist for the Michigan FrontPAGE with her own online column Love Words and Wisdom. She is also a local radio and online television personality who has worked with Mason Radio on 107.5 FM and as a host of The MIXX TV Show with UDetroit, as well as chief executive officer of her own event planning company, ARCH Executives LLC, which produces "The LovEXperience" Events.
Prior to her current endeavors in media, she pursued a career in finance as a personal investment banker for JP Morgan Chase and Fifth Third Bank. Where she has served with several non-profit organization which includes, The Young Bankers Club and Chairperson for the UFSC Urban Bankers Annual Scholarship Gala. Her achievements have been recognized by the Michigan FrontPAGE as a FP Thirty Honoree - 2010, which highlights rising young professionals under 40 and also as a Honoree in Who's Who of Black Detroit - 2011.
A Detroit Public School Pershing High School graduate, Williams pursued a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Michigan and is currently working on her Broadcasting/Journalism certificate with Specs Howard School of Broadcasting. In addition she is completing her debut book, Love Words & Wisdom, which is schedule to be released Fall 2011.
