Global wanderer and aspiring mystic currently located in Tokyo Japan. I write about my own experiences, the things I see and the people I meet or inspire me. I have been a practicing Tibetan Buddhist now for some 23 years, have met many amazing teachers, visited so many inspiring places I cannot recollect them all; yet sadly much of the wisdom these experiences gave me was since long forgotten.

Each day I aspire to be a more sincere practitioner and own my own path as a better human being, warts and all.

Here in Tokyo, in a super fast and often superficial society, my spirituality remains mostly anonymous. I am a spy in the house of samsara.
