I’m a 48yo Cincinnati west side resident enjoying my life as a divorcee'

I have always enjoyed writing and my creative writing classes and composition classes in high school and college were my favorites. Years back I had started blogging just for fun about my crazy life married to a fire fighter. Sometimes I wrote about the way I felt about him, other times just about what was on my mind or going on around me.

With a new chapter in my life, divorced after 22yrs of marriage, it became necessary to start a new blog page. My previous blogs are still there at http://fyrwife.wordpress.com. This new page is just more of my crazy life and what is going on any given day. I have found writing is great therapy and I’ve gathered quite a following of readers so I plan to stick around for a while.

I am living in a very large house with my mom, younger sister and her 2 daughters. We’re 5 divas/princesses, 3 female cats and a lot of chaos and laughs. You’ll find blogs about me, about the Diva Den, about the critters and sometimes just random thoughts. For me blogging is a great way to share what is going on in my life with friends and family, and it also allows me to journal my feelings. They are for and about what matters to me at any given moment. If you enjoy them then good, please check back as I do tend to write often.
