Writer Mary Morgan spent the majority of her youth making up fantastical stories and playing with a tape recorder before she could read or write. The world of fantasy was (and still is) a particular obsession, with science fiction and other genres soon to follow. By her late 20s she started collecting books on various topics ranging from myth and legend, to secrets of ancient history, odd events happening in the present and ideas about the distant future, thus inspiring a slew of stories in her head.
