Matthew James Coppola is an Employment Placement coach with PVS Workfind and specialises in providing solutions to issues that face both blue collar and white collar employees in the workplace.

After graduating from Curtin University of Technology in Economics, his career started by working in businesses from different industries ranging from retail to finance to gain operational experience and understand the dynamics of different workplaces.

He then worked for an Australia wide training organisation as a business coach. He coached employees in the areas of communication, sales, business improvement, anger management, confidence and self-esteem, writing skills, time and organisation management, minute taking skills, call centre skills and supervisor skills.

In 2010 he was key note speaker for the Chevron Oil and Gas Conference held in Perth and also conducted a presentation talk at the World Business Analysts Conference held in Melbourne on “Understanding Strategic Planning for the Business Analyst. Matthew has worked closely with companies such as Surf Life Saving Australia, Legacy Australia, Advanced Hearing Aid Specialists, Probuild, Australian Wheat Board and more.
