Mary Ellen Campagna is originally from Washington, DC. She earned a B.A. in English from Hollins University in 2000 and a M.A.L.S. in 2002. She is a QMHP and also has a license to teach K-12 English. She taught for Roanoke City Public Schools for eight years and for VWCC for two years. She was a newspaper journalist for over 15 years, and is now working on a collection of short fiction.
