About myself.....I'm a 29 year old East Coaster living the dream. I like to cook and bake, which is why I made it part of my career after wasting 5 years (and quite a bit of money) in university on a degree I still haven't finished. I'm current on mat leave after the birth of my first son, Simon, but when I'm working I teach others to find the love of food through cooking classes. I have a few special people in my life who will be popping into my blog, my cat, my dog, my son, and sometimes my husband. I live my life for the people who matter and myself. I figure you only get to live once, so why not get out there and do it?
