I adore and appreciate all of life's wonderful gifts, but one thing particularly comes to mind. I love food.
I have been fortunate enough to eat at some of the finest restaurants around. And in the past been lucky to be surrounded by many well-educated individuals in the food industry. I have enjoyed (and sometimes, not enjoyed) a lot of food in my life and have extensive knowledge of what does and doesn't taste good. I am known for being a great reference for a resturant review among friends and family and love it when I find a new and exciting place to suggest. Hence, so starts this blog.
I know we live in recessionary times so this blog will relate to that. I am not one to go out and spend tons of money on food (well, unless it is REALLY good), and believe a good meal doesn't need to break your bank. Therefore, all the restaurants I will be reviewing will be reasonably priced.
I live in a world where each week I have a budget and have to eat within it and this blog will be worked within that budget.
All the restaurants I will be reviewing will be within the Long Island/New York area with maybe a few locally upstate.
