As a Service Designer, my work focuses on helping business better serve the needs of its customers, by placing the human experience at the centre of the design process.

Working independently, I’ve supported learning processes within organisations by facilitating service design thinking workshops that encourage co-design and innovation. The design process offers a practical and collaborative way of experimenting with new approaches, methods and tools for designing services and experiences, which create new forms of value both for the business and for the people it serves.
