Richard Arnott is a believer in the latent power of design, as a process for people-centred innovation. He enjoys the challenge of communicating the benefits of a collaborative approach to problem-solving and opportunity exploration with people who have an limited understanding of how design can transform an organisation's relationship with people.
His goal is to amplify his strengths and surround himself with people who can do what he can't do, but as a community, have a common set of values and beliefs.
His current focus is to find an opportunity to work at the business/design interface, so that he can bring his knowledge, skills and intuition, drawn from years of experience, to help organisations create new services or products, that people value and which really have a positive impact on their lives.
