Throughout my career, I have worked closely with a number of institutional and individual clients providing investment and trading strategies as well as restricted transaction services. My work has included extensive IPO road show execution and counseling newly public companies in the after-market. Securities licenses include: Series 7, Series 63 and Series 24. I believe that innovation in mass media is a leading economic indicator and catalyst for stock market growth and that social media has ignited the next evolution of mass media. Because the fastest growing companies in the social media space can only be bought and sold in the second market, I believe that the second market is poised for significant growth.
