I love to eat and believe that giving people food is an expression of care, love and affection. Good delicious food is fantastic, especially if I can eat it without any trouble. Due to poor genetics and possibly some external forces (from diet and stress), I have several food issues. I have lots of food allergies and intolerances; I also have chronic acid reflux. This means no dairy, high fructose corn syrup or wheat and very little sulfur (egg yolks, preservatives), meat (fish is ok), acid, alkali, oil and hot spices. My food choices are rather limited, so I try to make the best with what I can. Thankfully, I have found many exclusion exceptions in my quest for delicious Noel-friendly ingredients. I love to bake, saute and make soups, curries, smoothies and other tasty goodies. I enjoy experimenting with all sorts of ingredients and exploring new foods, and I try to convert recipes all the time.
