A student and disciple of Moises Arocho, Sifu Mike is the head instructor at the Four Gates School of Chinese Martial Arts in Patchogue, NY. He has been training under his teacher in the art of Shaolin Lohan kung fu since 1995. In addition to being a successful competitor and instructor, Sifu is a licensed massage therapist and endeavors to bring a balance of eastern philosophy and western science to each class in order to lead his students to higher levels of achievement. Sifu has published several articles, both online and in print, and is developing several ideas for future works.
