The turning point for me was when I stepped on the scale and weighed 16kgs more than I had 12 years ago. I began the journey of discovering, and re-discovering, those nuggets of health that would lead me towards a healthy lifestyle. I do not follow a fad diet, yet have given thought to the way in which I would like to eat.
