Jerry O'Brien is an attorney and writer who lives in Southern California. He is the editor of a literary journal, O'Brien's Literary Speculator and a member of Wealth Counsel. Mr. O'Brien confines his legal work to estate, disability and wealth transfer planning. His literary and artistic interests are not so limited. Currently Jerry hosts one website, one blog, publishes zero magazines and has written and is rewriting two novels. His legal commentaries must be considered "something to think about" and not legal advice. For legal advice you need to retain the services of a licensed attorney. Jerry has been invited by the editorial board at CEB to contribute two (2) chapters to their upcoming treatise on Succession Planning for Small Businesses.
