I'm currently in the United States Marine Corps, where I've been since 2007 as a Combat Photographer. Trust me the job sounds more glamorous than it really is, especially while in the States, however it does have a benefit of doing and seeing different things all the time. I just returned from an 11 month Iraq deployment in December, which I quite enjoyed.
Before the military I've done little college, two years of Bible School, a couple serious relationships, 5 years in video production and freelancing. After 5 years sitting in Missouri, and being single with few responsibilities to tie me down, I figured I might as well use that freedom to experience life and the world. Five years in the Marines is nothing but a heart beat, yet still full of unique stories and experiences, not to mention a more open mind about the world.
