I'm an a visual artist, I train people in wellness and meditation, I'm a writer working on my first book about the fun and excitement of mindfulness and I'm a musician who plays guitar, bass, singing bowls and noodle with keyboards.

I grew up in Boston, moved to AZ over 10 years ago and now I'm moving back. I love the desert but I crave the ocean as well.
