Thirty one year old Scorpio who's going on forty. I'm a gym rat: Mornings and evenings I think, sleep, breathe and shit anything involving the gym. Dumbbells, Hammer Strength Machines and Barbells are my TOP favorite outlets for anger management and aggression. I also dig different forms of writing for therapy for the soul, mind and spirit.
