Coalition for Alternatives to Pesticides-Newfoundland and Labrador

We are a non-profit group dedicated to advocating for a ban on the sale and use of cosmetic pesticides in Newfoundland and Labrador. It was recently announced by the provincial government that the following products will be banned in Spring 2012:

carbaryl, 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid), mecoprop, dicamba, and MCPA (2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid)
