Jill is a Social Worker and Writer, an Advanced Black Belt in Okinawan Shorin-ryu Karate, a certified instructor of Women's self-defense, an IMPACT instructor, Israel's liaison to the International Alliance of Guardian Angels and the Director of IMPACT-Israel, intensive full-power self-defense courses for women, teens, kids, and people with special needs. IMPACT-Israel is a division of El HaLev, a non-profit org in Israel that promotes empowerment through the Martial Arts and Self Defense.
