NOTE:My life was picture perfect !   I was working on my Ph.D , I had wonderful friends and family . But little by little my life started to fading , everything was getting to difficult and impossible ... my body was weighing me out. I ended-up  bedridden, DISABLED !  My body had a severe case of malabsorption.  I ended-up  bedridden without  any energy to smile, read , talk , think ...  My body hurt , my mind was in a fog , I  became someone else.  The doctor's knew very little about Celiac' Disease ,  if the knew anything at all. I was examined for all type o illness and misdiagnosed so many others. After many years of my life wasted , it was discovered I had Celiacs disease !  Now I am resurrecting little by little .  I smile , my body doesn't hurt as much , I read , I write and I COOK (gluten-free , of course ).   And I smile when I taste  the food , I enjoy ate , and know it won't make me sick later on.
