During his winter internship at Atomic Interactive Group, Richard showed exceptional talent for opening lines of communication with potential clients, conveying to them what must be done to improve their web presence. He did a terrific job of utilizing his marketing education to implement functional internet marketing plans for not only Atomic Interactive’s clients, but also for Atomic itself. At the end of his internship, Richard was brought on fulltime as Atomic’s first sales marketing representative working under his prestigious title of Smooth Operator. Outside of Atomic, Richard is the Programming Chair for the Dayton Creative Syndicate and a marketing board committee member for Generation Dayton. Additionally, Richard contributes back to the Dayton community through community service, most recently donating time to Habitat for Humanity and raising over $350 in a bachelor’s auction for Planned Parenthood. Most recently has been recognized in the Dayton Business Journal’s ‘People on the Move’ section and awarded with the Greater Dayton Advertising Association’s Mercury Award for ‘Newcomer of the Year’. On weekends, Richard manages The River's Edge Roadhouse in Sidney, Ohio, a position that allows him to communicate with a wide range of personalities with varying levels of consciousness - Invaluable experience for anyone in marketing.
