Pilates rocks my world! A pilates instructor, pilates enthusiast, a mum, wife, with a lot to share. Oh, and the "Rocked" bit? Yeah I sing in a pub band in my spare time. And I love to rock it out although I pay for it the next morning with sore limbs - that's where the pilates comes in! Continually trying to correct my postural imbalances from having my two daughters.... And searching for the perfect mascara, lychee martine, and the secret to not ageing (Sunblock pretty much tops that list).
