I am currently a 3L at California Western School of Law. My area of concentration is in the legal aspects of the wine and alcohol industry. I have interned at Constellation Wines U.S., the leading producer of premium wines in the world. Currently I have an internship at Higgs, Fletcher & Mack LLP in San Diego, working in their wine law and intellectual property departments. Hopefully my blog posts will enlighten my readers on various hot button legal issues I have interest in.
