I'm a 30-something year old from Minnesota currently living in sunny Tucson, Arizona. I took up running on my 29th birthday when I made it a goal to finish a marathon by my 30th birthday. At the time I could barely run 1 mile in 15 minutes. Since then I've completed a half-marathon, marathon, a 20 minute 5k, and a 6k mud run.
