I'm a medical student with a love story with the pen since I was thirteen. My first book to be published was a collection of poems from my younger years: 'The Torrent from My Soul : Poems of A Born Dreamer'. I have a second collection of poems titled "The Room of Mirrors: Reflections in Words" finished.
A diary writer in the beginning, I moved out from my life to other's shoes while I was still in school, and that's where my journey as a writer really began, trying my hand in fiction. I wrote my first novel Kith 'n' Kin when I was just 14 and yes, it was downright dumb, no doubt, but completed. And trashed, LOL.
I kept writing many but the first novel to be completed and submitted to be considered for publication is Amidst Sandcastles. And yeah, it's coming up, Insha Allah.
I love novels bringing out the sheer tenderness of family, love and friendship because I believe in Love, Trust, Care and Sincerity.
I'm crazy about chocolates, roses, babies, Good-Old Dreams and Just-Plain-True Love. When not writing or envisaging a story, I try to "get real serious about photography" or read Romance, Family and Relationship fictions with an analytical mind.
And I believe that Life is just a journey, the Earth an inn, and we humans ephemeral travellers...
And Dreams... Well, dreams have been my first passion always...
