Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the rest of the team on planning campaigns and reporting on how effective strategies and campaigns have been. Also ensuring campaigns run as per deadline and on budget allocation.
Assisting in developing and executing marketing plans, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products or services. Representing the product to customers at field events such as conferences, seminars, expos etc.
Coordinating and managing the operational activities within advertising, PR and research and marketing communication departments.
Organizing and updating existing marketing material and creating new material (Presentation boards, Statement of Qualification's, Project Descriptions/Pull Sheets, Promotional Giveaways etc.)
Maintaining all business development, tracking mechanisms, including proposals presentations, press releases, success ratios, sales processes, events and community affairs.
Utilizing and coordinating market research activities which support and grow the business and augment company’s revenue. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry contacts.
Performing market analysis and collating other information as appropriate. Providing regular reports/reviews to senior management on business development activities, as well as financial and budgetary implications.
Training and developing a team of marketing executives and assistants to plan, react, anticipate and resolve problems proactively and leading them to execute strategic business and marketing alliances.
